Santhi Priya

Santhi Priya is a singer rooted in the tradition of wisdom poetry. She is trained in the Baul tradition of Bengal under Shrimati Parvathi baul and she learns Kabir’s songs from Shri Prahlad Singh Tipaniya. She composes and sings the poetry of Narayana Guru in her mother tongue, Malayalam. Santhi priya performs with Ektara (the one stringed instrument of the Baul), Duggi and Nupur.
